In this week’s Five Minute Market Review, Harold and George recap the market activity from last week as it ended down for the week and subsequently down for the month of September thus far. The S&P was down for the week at around 0.16% and is now down for the month at around 2.8%. The NASDAQ was also down for the week at about 0.5% and for the month at about 3.4%. Mid-cap stocks were down for the week and down for the month at 5.8%. The small-cap sector had a slight gain for the week but is down for the month at 7.6%. The only area that did not continue this trend last week was foreign stocks which were up at 1.5%. However, foreign stocks are still down for the month at a little over 4%.
